The production cross section of prompt $\mathrm{\Lambda_{c}^{+}}$ charm baryons was measured with the ALICE detector at LHC midrapidity in proton-proton (pp) and proton-lead (p-Pb) collisions a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair $\sqrt{s_\mathrm{NN}} = 5.02$ TeV. $\rm {\overline{\Lambda}{}_c^-}$ were reconstructed hadronic decay channels \Lambda_{c}^{+} \rightarrow p K^{-}\pi^{+}$ \Lambda_{c}^{+}\to K^{0}_{S}$ respective charge conjugates. differential sections as function transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) $p_{\rm T}$-integrated pp p-Pb are presented. nuclear modification factor ($R_\mathrm{pPb}$), calculated from collisions, is presented compared $R_\mathrm{pPb}$ D mesons. $\mathrm {\Lambda_{c}^{+}}/\mathrm {D^0}$ ratio also light-flavour baryon-to-meson ratios p$/\pi$ $\Lambda /\mathrm {K^0_S}$, measurements other experiments. results to predictions model calculations Monte Carlo event generators.
